We had the pleasure of meeting Chris Leblanc approximately 1 year ago when we were contemplating a move to Victoria. Knowing little about the city, we came to Victoria to view multiple homes over the Thanksgiving weekend. From our initial meeting, Chris was professional, patient, knowledgeable, honest, and thoughtful. He took us through a variety of homes and answered our many questions about Victoria and its unique housing market. We left to return home impressed with our first encounter, and Chris continued to impress us with his professionalism, contacting us to "touch base", and when we finally made the move to Victoria, he was instrumental in helping us find "our home". Chris worked relentlessly, with a no pressure approach as we viewed 80 + homes in a 5 month span. He was reliable, caring and hardworking throughout our home buying experience and even followed up with us since moving in to ensure we are pleased with our purchase and that our needs have been met. We have worked with several realtors in both purchasing and selling out previous homes, but Chris has far surpassed the level of work/care of his fellow realtors. With his background in home building and extensive knowledge of real estate, Chris brings with him experience, dedication, and work ethic that is invaluable to any potential home buyer. Chris loves what he does and it shows! We would highly recommend Chris for a realtor and would not hesitate to call on him in the future for our real estate needs!
